"The Mafia's Secret Heart"
After a meeting between the Torricelli Sicilian Mafia family and black market dealers, Massimo Torricelli watches a beautiful woman, Laura Biel, on a beach. Suddenly, the dealers shoot Massimo and his father; Massimo survives, but his father dies from his injuries.
Five years later, Massimo leads the Torricelli crime family. In Warsaw, Laura is unhappy with her boyfriend Martin. She celebrates her birthday in Italy with Martin, but is then kidnapped by Massimo.
At his villa, Massimo reveals his identity and backstory. He explains that after he was wounded, all he thought about was her. Years of searching culminated in his kidnapping her, intending to keep her as a prisoner for a year, hoping she would fall in love with him. He vows not to violate her without consent, despite his physical and sexual aggression.
During their time together, Laura teases him and refuses sex. Later, Massimo cuffs her to the bed and makes her watch as he receives oral sex from another woman. He then claims he’s going to rape her but changes his mind, telling her to get dressed for a club.
At the club, Laura flirts with a rival mafia associate who gropes her. Massimo intervenes, drawing his weapons, and she’s taken away. The next morning, she wakes on a yacht, where Massimo admits he shot the man’s hand and sparked a gang war. Laura tries to apologize, but Massimo blames her. They argue, and she falls into the water; Massimo jumps in to save her. When she wakes, he confesses he’s scared of losing her, and she realizes she’s fallen in love with him. They then have sex.
Later that evening, at a masquerade ball, Anna—fearful of Laura—threatens her. Massimo reveals he once dated Anna but left her after finding Laura, whom he recognized at the airport. After the ball, they have sex again. He plans to send Laura to Warsaw for her safety but will join her afterward.
En route to the airport, Domenico reassures Laura that Anna won’t harm her but then receives a call telling her to stay in Warsaw. He rushes off.
In Warsaw, Laura waits for Massimo without contact. She reconnects with her friend Olga and they go clubbing. She runs into Martin, who wants her back. He follows her to her apartment—where Massimo unexpectedly waits. Martin leaves, and Laura and Massimo have sex. She notices his wounds from ongoing conflicts. The next morning, Massimo proposes, and she accepts, asking him to keep his "occupation" secret from her parents.
Back in Italy, Mario alerts Massimo to rising tensions. Laura feels unwell but dismisses it and avoids seeing a doctor. They discuss their upcoming wedding, which her family won’t attend because she doesn’t want them to know her partner’s true life. Olga is allowed to be her bridesmaid. During Olga’s visit, Laura reveals she’s pregnant. Olga urges her to tell Massimo.
Meanwhile, Mario receives a tip that a rival Mafia family plans to kill Laura. Her car enters a tunnel but doesn’t emerge. Mario rushes to find Massimo just as her call drops. Realizing the danger, Massimo breaks down.
