Minions & Monsters (2026) Story
Set before the events of the 2015 Minions movie, the story follows a group of mischievous Minions who dream of making their very own monster movie in the golden age of Old Hollywood. What begins as a fun filmmaking project quickly turns into a dangerous mission when an evil conspiracy threatens the entire world.
Howard and Phillips secretly manipulate James and Henry, pretending to help them create a blockbuster monster film. However, their true objective is far more sinister. They intend to summon Eyereen, a gigantic orange monster with multiple eyes, using Henry as a magical sacrifice. When Henry discovers the truth, he desperately tries to warn James before being kidnapped and prepared for the terrifying ritual.
Eyereen Unleashes Chaos
As filming begins, the powerful spell succeeds, and Eyereen bursts into the real world. The monstrous creature immediately begins destroying everything in its path, throwing the city into chaos.
Meanwhile, Dort is enjoying a peaceful day in the park with Debbie while other Minions relax nearby. Their quiet afternoon is interrupted when Eyereen suddenly appears. Believing Dort has abandoned them, the remaining Minions courageously battle the unstoppable monster. Although they initially manage to tear Eyereen apart, the creature instantly regenerates, proving nearly impossible to defeat.
James bravely enters Eyereen after the monster swallows Henry, attempting a daring rescue from inside the beast while the Minions continue fighting outside.
